1⁄4 cup Siggi’s 4% vanilla skyr
1⁄4 cup apple, grated
1⁄2 Tbsp maple syrup, plus more for garnish (optional)
1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
Walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped, for garnish
Directions

1. In a jar or bowl, stir together oats, milk, skyr, apple, syrup, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with walnuts and a bit more maple syrup, if desired.
